I so loved how quiet it was. it reminded me of a tender secret from the city. the staff greeted me always with gentle smiles. I always felt cared for. the location near the park was a dream, access was so simple.

the elevators sometimes took a bit. it wasn't awful, just noticeable when i was eager for my room.
